Location
My sessions are exclusively held in the elegant Hotel BizArt in Uster near Zurich (approx. 20 minutes by car from Zurich airport and also easily accessible by public transport). The Hotel BizArt is an exclusive BDSM location and not a public studio - this means that there are neither walk-ins nor other guests or ladies during our session. For reasons of discretion, the address will only be announced after the confirmed appointment!
Procedure
Before the session begins, an introductory talk takes place. Any health restrictions must be indicated (e.g. asthma, high blood pressure, back/joint problems, allergies, medication). It goes without saying that you will not consume any alcohol or drugs before the session and that you will take care of the best personal hygiene. I reserve the right to refuse a session if you do not follow my rules.
Session Dates / Tribute
A session date is always binding. A deposit of 50 % of the tribute is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50 % is then due in cash on the session date. Payment by credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) is possible upon request.
Appointment cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days before the appointment. The deposit will then be credited towards a new appointment. For cancellations up to 7 days before the appointment, half of the deposit will be retained. The other half will be used for a new appointment. For cancellations up to 5 days before the appointment, the deposit will be retained and CANNOT be used for a new appointment. The particular reason for the cancellation does not matter (illness, job, etc.).
The tribute for an online session must be paid 100% in advance, at the latest 3 days before the online appointment.
If I cancel a confirmed and prepaid session (e.g. due to illness), the deposit will be refunded.
